Preview mode

The public dashboard currently operates in free preview mode. Generation is subject to fair-use rate limits and may be throttled or disabled without notice.

Acceptable use

No illegal content, no CSAM, no non-consensual intimate imagery, no targeted harassment.
No attempts to bypass rate limits, model safety filters, or provider terms.
No automated scraping of endpoints without written permission.

Ownership

You retain whatever rights the underlying model provider grants you for generated images. kaufmann.pics claims no exclusive ownership over your outputs. Always verify the commercial-use terms of each specific model before publishing.

Disclaimer of warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Model availability, quality, and pricing depend on upstream providers and may change at any time.

Limitation of liability

kaufmann.pics and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
