Privacy Policy
Effective April 9, 2026
kaufmann.pics values your privacy. This policy describes what minimal data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Anonymous usage: a hashed IP-based identifier (e.g.
public-xxxx) used only to attribute generated images within a session. - Prompts: text prompts you enter are forwarded to the selected AI provider (OpenAI, Google, Black Forest Labs, Stability, Ideogram, Recraft, AWS Bedrock) for image generation.
- Generated images: stored temporarily in Amazon S3 and referenced via DynamoDB metadata.
What we do NOT collect
- No accounts, no passwords, no emails (unless you write to us directly).
- No tracking cookies, no analytics pixels, no ad networks.
- No biometric data, no facial recognition.
Third-party processors
Prompts and derived images pass through the chosen model provider's API. Each provider has its own privacy terms; by using a specific generator you accept that provider's terms.
Your rights (GDPR)
You may request deletion of any data associated with your session identifier by contacting radim@kaufmann.pics.
Local storage
The dashboard uses your browser's localStorage to save your gallery, favorites, and UI preferences. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared in Settings.
